The AON-M is an industrial 3D printer made by AON3D, a manufacturer based in Montréal, Canada.
AON3D AON-M features and 3D printing materials
The AON-M features a massive, actively heated enclosed build chamber (temperatures up to 70 °C), allowing warp free prints at any size. With heated print bed (temperatures up to 150 °C) and ultra-high temperature all-metal extruders (temperatures up to 450 °C) the AON-M can 3D print with even the most advanced thermoplastics available on the market: PEEK, Ultem®, ABS, ASA, PLA, HIPS, Nylon, PETx, Polycarbonate, ABS-PC, various Glass, Carbon Fiber, ESD, Wood, and even Metal Composites.
The AON-M is fitted with dual, independently controlled extruders which enable new possibilities for design and productivity: 3D print complex parts with dissolvable or break-away support structures, create unique multi-material components, or even use duplication or mirror mode to complete production runs twice as fast.
The default nozzle size of the aon3D AON-M is 0.6 mm; with other diameters are also available (0.4, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm).
AON3D AON-M software
The AON-M includes a license for Simplify3D – the industry leading slicer and control software.
