Description
The 3D Systems ProX DMP 100 Dental is a professional 3D printer from the US based manufacturer 3D Systems. The 3D Systems ProX 3D printers are rebranded Phenix Systems 3D printers, a French manufacturer purchased by 3D Systems.
The ProX DMP line of professional 3D printers (ProX 100, ProX 100 Dental, ProX 200, ProX 200 Dental, ProX 300 and ProX 400) use Direct Metal Printing (DMP) technology. This 3D printing technique also called laser sintering uses a laser as a power source to sinter powdered material. The compatible materials are metals (stainless steels, tool steels, non-ferrous alloys and super alloys) and ceramics (such as Cermet and others). More than 15 materials are available.
The 3D Systems ProX 100 DMP Dental 3D printer is dedicated to produce high-quality metal dental prostheses, which can be directly used by dental laboratories. The ProX DMP 100 Dental supports certified Ni-free CoCr materials for dental use.
The 3D Systems ProX DMP 100 Dental is delivered with a specific software solution for dental applications.
