Volumic Stream 20 Dual review
The 3D Volumic Stream 20 Dual is a 3D printer made by 3D Volumic, a manufacturer based in France.
Based on a simple design (quite similar to a RepRap PRUSA I3) the 3D Volumic Stream 20 Dual is made of a lot of 3D printed parts, which blueprints are delivered with the machine. Compared to the simpler Stream 20 version the Dual adds more performance and some interesting features: end of material detection, semi-auto calibration and protection to over heating. The principal add-on is the dual extruder for multi material prints.
The installation of the 3D printer can be completed in less than 10 minutes after receiving the package. This machine only works on Windows OS. One important point, this 3D printer works with both 3 mm and 1.75 mm 3D filaments of PLA and ABS (the printbed is heated).
