The Looxid Labs LooxidVR is a brain-monitoring virtual reality smartphone headset made by Looxid Labs, a manufacturer based in South Korea.
This mobile VR headset is compatible with Android smartphones with a display size of 5 inches. Furthermore, the manufacturer claims that the VR headset is also compatible with PCs operating with Linux or Mac OS.
Looxid Labs aims for their headset VR headset to be the first device to use emotion recognition technologies, thus it can be used to better analyze user VR experiences.
LooxidVR main features
- Lens adjustment: offers precise focal lens and IPD adjustment for an immersive experience in VR.
- Brain-wave sensors: six EEG brainwave sensors detect users’ data.
