The 3D Systems ProX DMP 200 Dental is a professional 3D printer from US manufacturer 3D Systems. 3D Systems ProX 3D printers are rebranded Phenix Systems 3D printers, a French manufacturer acquired by 3D Systems.
The ProX DMP line of professional 3D printers use Direct Metal Printing (DMP) 3D printing technology. This 3D printing technique, also called laser sintering, uses a laser as a power source to sinter powdered material. Compatible materials include metals (stainless steels, tool steels, non-ferrous alloys and superalloys) as well as ceramics. More than 15 materials are available.
