Description
The 3D Systems ProX 800 is an industrial-grade SLA 3D printer from the US based manufacturer 3D Systems.
The ProX SLA line of professional 3D printers (ProX 800 and ProX 950) use the Stereolithography (SLA) technology. This 3D printing technique uses a PolyRay print head to photo polymerise liquid resin. The compatible materials are plastics which range from ABS-like toughness to polycarbonate-like clarity.
The ProX 800 offers SLA quality at high throughput to address a broad range of applications, among which:
- Prototypes
- End-use Parts
- Clear Parts
- Medical Models
- Casting Patterns
- Rapid Tooling
