3DGence unveils its newest high-temperature printer, the INDUSTRY F420
3DGence will be presenting its brand new high-performance FFF 3D printer, the INDUSTRY F420, at Formnext 2019.
With the F420, the Polish manufacturer is expanding its high-temperature INDUSTRY line, which has already gained traction with the F340.
While keeping versatility at the heart of their concern, 3DGence– with the F420‘s enhanced printing speed, build volume, and chamber temperature– aims to set a new standard for industrial 3D printing solutions in order to meet growing expectations in the professional market.
“This high-performance 3D printer is designed for demanding engineering applications. The development of this project was based on the insights of our clients and our new cutting edge technology,” explains Mateusz Sidorowicz, Marketing Director at 3DGence.

The efficient interchangeability of the printing modules with predefined profiles enables professionals to easily produce a wide range of end-use parts and final prototypes. 3DGence’s comprehensive selection of engineering-grade materials will be continuously expanded after the machine’s release, catering to a growing number of applications.

Bigger, faster, better
In addition, the INDUSTRY F420 has one of the best build-volume-to-price ratios on the market. Its large (380 x 380 x 420 mm) print chamber enables printing large models or producing multiple parts in one run.
To further improve the 3D printing process, the F420 has been equipped with a powerful heated printing chamber able to reach up to 180°C, maintaining dimensional stability.

An upgraded slicer to improve workflow
