The Divide By Zero Aion 500 MK2 offers a massive 3D printing build volume inside a closed frame. This 3D printer is equipped with a heated print bed (maximum 90°C) and can 3D print most 3D filament: ABS, PLA, HIPS, PETG, Carbon fibre, AFPM ABS, AFPM PLA and AFPM Carbon fibre. Non hygroscopic HIPS can be used as material support thanks to its dual extruder.
The Divide By Zero Aion 500 MK2 is made of a sturdy sheet metal body, 5 mm thick.
This 3D printer uses the Divide By Zero patented technology called AFPM (Advance Fusion Plastic Modeling), a 3D printing process similar to Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF).
The Divide By Zero Aion 500 MK2 is the high-end of the Aion 500 series; and adds an “Advance Performance Module”, including:

- High temperature extruder mechanismHigh temperature extruder mechanism, up to 350°C with liquid cooling. Hence, the Aion 500 MK2 can 3D print Ultem 1010, Ultem 9085, ESD safe PC & other high performance materials which can withstand temperatures up to 280°C.
- Liquid coolingHybrid extruder mechanism that can accelerate print deposition rate up to 30 – 50 grams per hour. This speed of 3D printing and build platform of Aion 500 MK2 empowers 3D printing for batch manufacturing.
- Carbon filterActivated carbon filter continuously cleans air inside chamber, providing safer work environment for users.
