SprintRay MoonRay D75 overview
The SprintRay MoonRay D75 is a professional desktop 3D printer made by SprintRay, a manufacturer based in Los Angeles, US. This 3D printer is also called MoonRay D.
MoonRay D DLP technology
The SprintRay MoonRay D75 uses Digital Light Processing (DLP) 3D printing technology to cure liquid resin. According to MoonRay, their technique is 10 times faster than competitors relying on SLA technology (laser-based).
This dental 3D printer is equipped with RayOne (name of the SprintRay UV projector). This projector maximizes the light intensity consistency in order to preserve every detail and ensure accuracy. Biocompatible SprintRay resins are available to 3D print accurate and functional surgical guides and dentures.
The SprintRay MoonRay D75 is sold with the RayWare Dental Software. It is easy to use and includes the recommended settings, material selection, and automatic support generation.
SprintRay MoonRay D75 main features
Durable, cost-Effective resin tank
The SprintRay MoonRay D’s unique resin tank was built to last. SprintRay engineering team put an end to costly resin tank maintenance; no more replacing your resin tank regularly or changing the PDMS layer. The SprintRay MoonRay D75 resin tank design lasts up to 25 times longer than the resin tanks of similar 3D printers.
Long-lasting and low maintenance
When SprintRay designed the MoonRay D, they aimed to strip away the clutter and keep things as simple as possible. As a result, the MoonRay D dental 3D printer has no moving parts that aren’t essential to the printing process. This simplicity allows the MoonRay D to keep running smoothly over time with limited machine maintenance. The SprintRay MoonRay D75 also comes fully assembled and ready to start printing immediately.
SprintRay MoonRay D price
This DLP 3D printer is available for around $4,000.
