HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 review
The HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 is an industrial 3D printer developed by Hewlett-Packard, a company based in the USA.
The Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing technology is built on decades of investment in HP’s assets in inkjet printing, inks and jettable agents, precision low-cost mechanics, and material science.
The Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing technology starts by laying down a thin layer of base material on the print bed. Next, the carriage containing an HP Thermal Inkjet array passes from left-to-right, 3D printing chemical agents across the full working area. The layering and energy processes are combined in a continuous pass of the second carriage from top to bottom. The process continues, layer after layer, until the object is 3D printed.
The HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 3D printer is delivered as a complete 3D printing solution with a 3D processing station. On this high end machine the station is equipped with a fast cooling component that allows shorter finishing time.
The HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 is delivered with HP SmartStream 3D Build Manager and HP SmartStream 3D Command Center software.
